TB Testing in Upland, CA

Advanced Urgent Care Center provides walk-in TB skin tests, also called PPD tests, for people who need documentation for employment, school, nursing programs, volunteering, or other programs. A TB test can be a simple step on your checklist. Our team helps make the visit clear and convenient.

Your first visit is when we place the small PPD test under the skin of your forearm. The appointment is quick, and you can return to your normal routine afterward. The test must be read 48 to 72 hours later. Plan for a short return visit so a provider can examine the test site and record the result.

Please bring the form from your employer, school, program, or volunteer organization. We document the result on the patient form after the reading visit. If your organization has specific instructions, bring those with you so our team can review the paperwork with you.

Some programs require follow-up imaging based on their form or testing process. On-site chest X-rays are available when a form requires follow-up imaging. This allows you to discuss the next step with our medical team in one familiar location.
